Trouble with the app
Email support@stackpt.app. Include the name of your practice and what you were doing when it went wrong. Please do not include health details in email.
Not receiving a sign-in code? Codes come from noreply@notifications.stackpt.app. Check your spam folder, and make sure you picked the right practice on the first screen.
